Information only. This site describes services offered by Romco Builders. It does not create a contract, and nothing here is an offer to perform work at a stated price.

Project attribution. Institutional, commercial and luxury residential projects named on this site were delivered by our leadership, largely in New York, before and alongside Romco Builders. They are leadership experience and are described as such throughout. They are not a Romco Builders company project list.

No guarantees. Budgets, schedules and durations described here are illustrative. We do not guarantee completion dates, permit outcomes, or cost, because plan review, utility connections and inspections are outside any contractor’s control. Any commitment we make is the one written into a signed contract.

Licensing. Romco Builders is licensed to build in all 67 Florida counties. Licence details are provided on request and on contract documents. Nothing on this site should be read as a licence claim beyond that.

Not advice. Nothing here is legal, tax or insurance advice. Statements about leases, allowances, zoning and code are general descriptions of how these things usually work. Your lease and your jurisdiction govern, and your own counsel should read them.

Accuracy. Codes, zoning overlays and review procedures change. We try to keep this site correct and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of error.
